We Love Road Trips

Luckily, Kaiya is begining to learn about what road trips are all about this summer. She enjoyed the beautiful scenery to Anchorage this weekend. We left Friday night at 9pm in the rain and made it to Anchorage around 4:30am. We had fun snuggling in the tent and Kaiya was perfect! She did wonderfully for dad while mom went to the temple and then we spent the day shopping, taking a nap at the hotel and eating out. The trip home was especially fun when we got out to enjoy the fresh air. Kaiya's face would light up with a huge smile! Denali was very clear and beautiful as we passed it this afternoon. We tried to get a good shot, but it was extremely windy and little bear was not so sure about it in her face. Thanks to everyone for all the Happy Birthday Wishes! It was a fun a day getting old.
